This individual will oversee our community of Volunteer Prayer Warriors, ensuring that our clients, staff, and mission are consistently lifted before the Lord. You will not only lead prayer but also build the infrastructure to grow and mentor a team. Commitment: One Year (Renewable) Location: Virtual Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Oversee, inspire, and shepherd the Prayer Warrior team, fostering a culture of consistency and spiritual fervor. - Virtual Gatherings: Host and facilitate weekly or bi-monthly virtual prayer meetings, incorporating Scripture or a short devotional. - Strategy & Onboarding: Develop and implement a streamlined process for welcoming new Prayer Warriors and a communication strategy (email/text) to keep the team updated on urgent prayer needs. - Mentorship: Actively mentor team members, helping them deepen their personal prayer lives and their understanding of intercessory prayer. - Spiritual Alignment: Ensure all prayer initiatives remain deeply aligned with the vision, mission, and core values of WorkFaith. - Reporting: Share with the Volunteer Coordinator the names of those who showed up to the meeting to correctly report hours.
