Time commitment: Bi-monthly on Thursdays, 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
Come join us at our Dacoma office site! Help job seekers refine their interview skills by asking real-world questions and offering constructive feedback. your guidance will boost their confidence, improve communication, and prepare them for job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- conduct mock interviews with 2-3 clients
- ask interview questions to simulate real scenarios
- provide feedback and encouragement to build confidence
- participate in group discussions to reinforce learning
example schedule:
- 12:30 pm – check-in
- 12:40 pm – welcome & introductions
- 12:45 pm – move to interview spaces
- 12:55 - 1:10 pm – first interview
- 1:10 - 1:15 pm – transition to second interview
- 1:20 - 1:35 pm – second interview
- 1:35 - 1:40 pm – return to main space
- 1:45 - 1:55 pm – group feedback & closing remarks
- 2:00 pm – dismissal
